Senator Austerman moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown                                     
as a cosponsor on SENATE BILL NO. 80 "An Act making a special                                       
appropriation to the Department of Military and Veterans' Affairs for a                             
grant to 2001 Special Olympics World Winter Games; and providing                                    
for an effective date." Without objection, it was so ordered.
